Who we are

Trajectory is a professional development tool that provides AI-assisted coaching for leaders. It is not therapy, counseling, or crisis support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. The service is not intended for children.

Use of the site

• You may browse the site to learn about Trajectory and download the app.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt availability, or access data not intended for you.

Use of the app

• The app provides coaching guidance; you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not submit sensitive data such as medical information or protected health information.
• Your requests are processed by a trusted third-party LLM provider to generate responses.
• Use is subject to reasonable limits; excessive or abnormal usage may be rate-limited and can lead to suspension or cancellation.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions and free trials are managed by the app store where you download Trajectory. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled; you can cancel or manage renewal in your app store settings. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Pricing may change; renewal pricing follows what is shown in the app store at the time of renewal. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the store's terms.

Privacy

Intellectual property

Trajectory and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trajectory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or app.
